Live Chat Support Clarification!. 

We’ve got all of the Customer Service clarification you need! 
Rumors are a-bustling to and fro these days regarding the Live Chat Support being available for only those of us who spend $100 or more on FarmVille per month. We are happy to confirm that these myths have been busted, as Zynga has released an official statement through Terri Helper over at the forums  Here is a rundown of the facts that we absolutely know about the Live Chat Support feature: 
1. Yes, you do have to be a paid player in order to receive the Live Chat Support. 
2. No, the amount is not $100. It seems as though anybody who has bought FarmVille Cash at some point is eligible. 
3. There is a high volume of traffic through Customer Support, which could delay your response. 
4. E-mail Support is not going anywhere – this is good news for us, as it is all we use. It is also available for non-paid players, in addition to those who buy FV Cash. 

There will always be email support. The news about email support going away is just a rumor.
Email support is available for unpaid users.
Email and live chat support is available for paid players.
